DELIVERY

Can I request a specific time for delivery?
Yes, you can! You will have to contact us through phone or email to arrange a time with us before you place an order. This may require an extra charge.


Do you deliver to residence?

Yes, we do! Balloon deliveries must be accepted in person and will not be left at the entrance unattended, unless the customer has given instructions that it is safe to do so. Please indicate phone or mobile number of the recipient, just in case we need to contact him or her prior to the delivery. If the recipient is unavailable to accept the delivery and it is not safe to leave the balloons at his or her doorstep, the driver/dispatcher will take the balloons back to our business depot where you or the recipient can pick them up. Any request for re-delivery will require another charge for redelivery costs.


Do you deliver to business addresses?

Yes, we do! To ensure your order is delivered to a business address, kindly place the order one day before the intended date of delivery. We cannot always guarantee deliveries to a business address if ordered on the same day.


Do you deliver to hotels, hospitals or schools?

Yes, we delivery to all three! Deliveries to a hospital, hotel or school are normally made to the main office or reception. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the reception or office contacts the recipient to pick up the balloons. Once in the hands of reception, Creative Balloons is not responsible.
